Shafi was a man of action; he always pushed for change and because of that put in motion a legacy that will live on for many generations to come. He touched many lives, and will be sorely missed.
There are few people in life and in this world that have had such a profound effect on so many. Shafi Rabi was one of these people, he inspired people to be their best selves. He was a rare human being who cared deeply about making a positive impact in his community and country.
